After playing Left-Center-Right while at a weekend get-away, I ordered the game for entertaining our grandchildren. I played it with 2 children and found that it works better with a larger group. Am looking forward to playing the game when ALL the grandchildren are together.

I bought this on a whim at K-Mart. It looked both simple and fun. We have played it a handful of times now with different age groups and group sizes. I will agree with the other reviewer that the larger the group the more fun this game is; but even group size does not totally salvage the fun factor for this game.

The way you play the game is you split up the included tokens evenly among each player. Someone starts by rolling the three dice. Each dice include (in the newer packaging) different colored dots, a star, the word RIGHT, and the word LEFT. For each dice that lans on a dot you get to keep a token, for each dice that lands on the word LEFT you must pass a token to the player to the left (same for RIGHT except you pass to the right), for each dice that lands on the star you must put a token in the middle.

If you roll three stars you get all the tokens out of the middle. If you get down to only one or two tokens you only have to roll one or two dice. If you run out of tokens you are not nessecarily out of the game (becuase someone may pass tokens to you), but you do not get to roll until you have tokens. The winner of the game is the last person standing with tokens.

Younger kids will not find the game engaging enough to keep their attention. They liked it the first few minutes, but quickly got bored with it. Older players (such as teens and adults) will not find this game challenging enough to be entertaining. Although we had a few fun moments with this game, we will not likely pull it out very much.
