When I began working as a trademark paralegal, I found this book invaluable. Lee Wilson does an excellent job of using examples and explaining the ins and outs of trademarks. I still use this book regularly for help with questions we have around the office. I've also passed it along to many attorneys in the office. I highly recommend this book no matter what your level of trademark knowledge is.
