4.0 out of 5 stars A good overview, June 21, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Trademark Law (Paperback)
This book is a good introductory survey of trademarks, the prosecution process and legal issues. The appendices are particularly helpful as guideposts and examples. However, it works best as an introduction, not a practice guide. For example, this book will tell you what an office action is but it will not tell you much about how to draft a response. The reader will find herself flipping throughout the book to assemble the necessary information needed to do so. A great place to start but not the place to finish.
