This was my second puchase of this particular card shuffler. My friend borrowed mine for her card game, and loved it so much I gave it to her as a present. I purchased the second for myself. Most card shufflers are frustrating to use. This works smoothly. Really worth the purchase.

I had a problem with my shuffler when it came in....them said NO PROBLEM. SENT ME ANOTHER ONE! its been a good shuffler. nice and good price

The machine works once you adjust the battery compartment to contact the batteries. It shuffles only slightly better than the shuffler made by Bicycle. Once the battery compartment is adjusted the system seems to work allright but once corrected getting the batteries into the unit is not easy. It is not made of wood and if this is "Deluxe" I would hate to see what the "Standard" is like. The unit does not say where it was made so I am guessing China. The only good thing I can say about this unit is that it sounds better when running than the Bicycle unit. If the battery compartment would have had been better I would have given it 4 stars.

I bought this product for my grandson and one for my mother. I got tired of being the only one shuffling during a game. They were both delighted. The shuffler works well most of the time. Works best with a newer deck of cards. Worn cards tend to stick and jam in the shuffler. I would purchase this product again.

Got the shuffler within 3days and very fast service...when I opened it and tried it out it worked great and was not that noisy, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves playing cards. I play a ton of poker and it works great!!!

This is the second shuffler I've ordered, this one is much better quality than the first and has been working well

I'm stunned that Amazon continues to sell this product considering how many customers have reported receiving non-functional card shufflers. We bought this as a gift--it was so embarrassing to watch someone try to use our gift only to find that it would not work. (Yes, we tried various new batteries and made sure they were inserted correctly.) We were hoping it would be as good as the one we got from Radio Shack a few years back that it resembles, but instead it is a total disappointment. And since they weren't able to open the gift until after the 30 day return policy had expired, we have essentially thrown money away by ordering a gift through Amazon. Lesson learned.

I gave the trademark poker 1-2 Deck Deluxe Wooden Card Shuffler as a Christmas present. When he openned it up the wooden front was separated from the plastic part showing a dried up wad of glue. He then inserted brand new batteries and it did not work. Now I have to figure out how to return it. Yeah!!

Wish I would have read the reviews first, but unfortunately I didn't. I bought this for my mom for Christmas but it didn't work. Exchanged it for her, and it still does not work. Will be sending back once more for a full refund.

Owned three excellent brands over the past 35 years and purchased this item based upon largely positive reviews. Did not work at all with several fresh batteries. Strongly suspect that supplier has little or no quality control.
