DirectionsFor Marinade: (2-3 pounds of meat) 1. Place beef, pork, chicken or fish in shallow baking dish. 2. Combine Chimichurri Seasoning with 3/4 cup salad oil and 1/4 cup vinegar. 3. Pour marinade over meat: marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally. 4. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness. For Dry Rub: ( 2-3 pounds of meat) 1. Rub meat, fish or seafood lightly with oil on all sides. 2. Sprinkle Chimichurri Seasoning on all sides of meat and pat to adhere seasoning. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 3. Grill or broil to desired doneness. For Salad Dressing: (about 1 cup) 1. Mix Chimichurri Seasoning with 3/4 cup salad oil and 1/4 cup lime juice or orange juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 2. Serve on your favorite tossed salad. Refrigerate unused portion.
