Eric Victorino's "Trading Shadows For Sunshine" is an eclectic mix of poetry that gives a unique insight into the eyes of a lyricist and man. Victorino's poems stay in your mind well after you close the book in some cases due to their power and in others their wit. It's difficult to describe these works accurately without reading them, but on the whole I highly recommend "Trading Shadows For Sunshine", along with Victorino's previous work, "Coma Therapy", to anyone who listens to music or has experienced the up and down ride that is life. 5 Stars!

This review is from: Trading Shadows For Sunshine (Paperback)
In Eric Victorino's sophomore effort at published works we find him once again chronicling the unthinkable and sometimes improbable. Although the title boasts a more optimistic approach the core of the book is actually much more darker, and in my opinion, a lot more fun to read. Why take the time to read this book? Because, good literature is very hard to come by these days and Eric is one of the few cases where what he does, works. And boy it works well.

Please do not think twice about purchasing this book, you will not regret it.
Love Always, David
