Check out these unique, well written and marvelously performed marches by the Texas A&M University Bands under the baton of one of America’s most informed march experts, Dr. Timothy Rhea. The entire set of CDs, currently four volumes, features favorite "West Texas" Marches. It is a treat to hear these uncommon marches. You can’t help but wonder, "How come we don’t hear more of these wonderful marches???"

Not only am I a fan of the famous Fightin' Texas Aggie (Marching) Band but now I am a fan of the Texas A&M Concert Bands as well. The marches selected for this album were traditional, yet somewhat unpopular, therefore it was new to me, being an amateur collector of marches. My favorites in this album are Rolling Thunder, Quality Plus, and the Boys of the Old Brigade. Wonderful sound quality and clear accoustics.
