While your bundle of joy is probably causing you no end of delight, moms can also feel overwhelmed and tired, especially when it comes to breastfeeding. We love the fact that this herbal tea has traditionally been used to help mothers support their production of breast milk and to promote healthy lactation.* With herbs like fennel, anise (which give the tea a sweet, licorice-like taste), coriander and fenugreek, each sip is like stepping into a tradition that has been passed down from woman to woman for hundreds of years.
The herbs in this tea—fennel, anise, coriander, fenugreek, and blessed thistle—are galactagogues, which has nothing at all to do with their reputation for space travel and everything to do with their power to promote healthy lactation.* The term galactagogue comes from the Greek word “galactos,” meaning “milk” and “agogue,” which means “bringer of.” Women have been successfully using these herbs for centuries to help them breastfeed.
We raise the bar. The quality standard of the herbs we use is hard to pronounce, difficult to meet, and it's what makes us different, better. Pharmacopoeial: it's the only quality standard our herbalists can rely on when blending teas for your health and wellness.

Over thousands of years, humans have accumulated a vast body of knowledge and tradition around the use of plants for health, vitality and well-being. This knowledge eventually became systematized into the world’s great herbal traditions.
These traditions contain the wisdom of how to use plants: the right parts of the right plants for the right purpose. It is from these sources of wisdom that we have learned how to create the herbal blends we offer to you. Our herbalists adhere to these principles create rational, time-tested blends that you can rely on.

I really like the taste of this tea as well!
When returning back to work, I started to take fenugreek to help boost my milk supply so I can pump enough milk while at work to feed my baby the next day.
The Mothers Milk tea is amazing, it tastes good and really helps to improve my breast milk supply... Highly recommended!

While I'm not a huge fan of the licorice flavor I enjoy the benefits of this tea. Adding some honey helps the flavor tremendously. Much cheaper to buy here than in the store!Published 2 days ago by Matilda

I am not sure why, but this did not agree with me at all. It gave me terrible gas and I was sick for about 8 hours after taking the tea. Read morePublished 2 days ago by 7wonders
It does seem to help with my milk supply if I drink it regularly. But that could also be helped by the water intake from drinking the tea. Either way I try to drink 2 cups/day.Published 3 days ago by Katie F.
