Directions
For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Water temperature, covering your cup and steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extractive. Drink 3 or more cups daily between meals.

The tea is very helpful for all three trimesters of pregnancy. First helps with morning sickness, second helps with ligament stretching and third helps your delivery. It made my life so much better using it that I now get it for friends that become pregnant. Just be aware of the shipping cost I checked the shipping and chose .99 for each box and was charged 15.99 for over night which I had not chosen from Vitamin shoppe.

I'm almost to the end of my first trimester and I've already gone through 2 boxes of this tea. I've had horrible morning sickness with this pregnancy (none with my first) and I've found this tea, first thing in the morning, has been EXTREMELY helpful.
I was throwing up constantly for the first couple weeks of my pregnancy, but after 2 days of drinking this tea, I stopped throwing up. I've still been extremely queasy, which this tea eases a lot, but I haven't actually thrown up since I started on a routine with this tea.
I think it's a must-have for every pregnant woman. First thing in the morning, make yourself a cup of this tea. Sit down, drink it slowly with some toast, a muffin, or a few crackers. It really starts off your day on the right foot and get's your morning sickness in check!

Maybe it's my pregnancy hormones, but this tea just tastes awful to me. I tried to drink it and it has a sort of bitter, unpleasant flavor.
