Don't want to get into too much detail for my reasons on trying this tea. I was searching the net looking for some sort of laxative that didn't last long and easy to take. A pill form wasn't an option. This tea seemed to be a good alternative for me because I drink tea almost every night. I made sure to try this over the weekend just in case I needed quick access to a bathroom. And I'm glad I did. The next morning, let's just say I went with ease a few times. I found this on sale at a local store and bought 2 boxes. I gave it 4 stars only because I did have some painful cramping throughout the day before/during the multiple trips to the bathroom. But overall, it seems to do what it claims. So if you're looking for a short lasting, easy to take laxative; give this tea a try.
