Take it before you go to bed and in the morning you'll feel the effects. Be prepared and stay close to a bathroom though.

overall this product works rather well. It takes about 6-7 hours to be effective when you take 2-4 tablets (if 4, i usually take them a few hours apart) It's best to stay near a bathroom, as the need for a BM can be fairly sudden. Before bed, I recommend taking 1 instead of the 2 pill dosage.
