5.0 out of 5 stars Trad Meds has great teas, but this one really stands out!, August 17, 2010

This review is from: Traditional Medicinals Think-O2 Tea Herbal Tea, 16-Count Wrapped Tea Bags (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
I heartily recommend this tea to anyone who wants to gain mental clarity and mental endurance in an easy, healthy, and affordable way. You can achieve a similar effect through other herbal supplements, green smoothies, wheatgrass juice, FrequenSea, Kombucha, etc, but I've found drinking this tea to be the easiest and most reliable method available. I am in a PhD program in computer science and I drink this tea several times a week to remain focused and engaged in work over a span of many hours.

Many people find that they think better when drinking coffee; I feel this way too, but I don't wish to become dependent on the stuff. If you need coffee to feel like you're thinking sharply, try substituting some of this tea instead. It gives a reduced effect, but lasts longer, is healthier, and doesn't lead to any jitters or sweating as you come down from the caffeine high of coffee.

As another reviewer mentioned, this tea produces a much stronger effect than Yogi's Ginkgo IQ (haven't tried their new Ginkgo Clarity version yet). But this didn't surprise me as in general I find Traditional Medicinals herbal teas to be of substantially higher quality than Yogi's, or of any other tea company I have tried. The taste of this tea is also great, although I would lovingly drink it even if it tasted terribly.

I enjoy this blend much better than the ginko iq tea, it seems to have more potency. Also fairly good for getting a little cognitive function back after a night of drinking as well. :)

I was so excited to see that I could buy Think-O2 on Amazon! Our local stores no longer carry it. I love the flavor and it is the best caffeine-free way to renew my sharpness in the middle of the day. A great product! It really works to "promote Mental Performance" as marketed.

If you've ever seen the movie Limitless and envied how much Bradley Copper was about to accomplish, try out this tea.
