This is a wonderful introduction to the music of Slovenia. I've never been there, but this is a great inducement to go. Not all the tracks are appealing, especially the strange one that uses an instrument made from a pig's bladder and a straw! However, I especially liked the first three tracks, the seventh, eleventh and above all: the fourteenth, an unbelievable rendition by the group VODOMEC. I ended up buying another Slovenian CD of Traditional Carols. This CD is highly recommended!! Buy it!
