The book is attractive and the pictured quilts are lovely. However, I was disappointed that there were no instructions for figuring how to add borders to quilts with blocks of different sizes. Most tradtional quilts are made with 12" blocks, but these borders are made for 10" blocks. There are some adaptations shown in the back of the book, but not the ones in which I was most interested (Double Twisted Ribbon and Laurel Wreath).
