This book is glorious!,

The recipes here are so beautiful and unique--like Baked Grapefruit, Potage Malakoff, Spinach Roll, Mulligatawny Soup, Creamy Baked Tomatoes. (And it's so charming that the "entrees" section is called "savouries"! It is very european all the way through) Plus it has great sections on beverages and breads, and has a "culinary know-how" section in front. Plus beautiful color pics. All around a very excellent vegetarian cookbook. By the way, does anyone have a good vegetarian thanksgiving recipe?

Saw this book recommended on a TV cooking show. Found it here cheaply and it has great recipes in it.
