I've used quite a few kits over the years, and this is one is well put together and includes details like a package of Irish moss for fining that most leave up to you to supply. The DME, bittering hops, and, for this particular style, the maltodextrin are all mixed in one package so all you have to do is dump it into the boil after steeping the specialty grain in the provided bag. This is a kit for people with some experience and basic equipment. I'm already looking over their other kits for my next batch.

this is one great beer. i have made alot of beers and this one stands out. i use different hops and i sift the dme to get the hops pellets out of it. it's really a great beer.

Being spring time it seems appropriate to brew a wheat beer. The kit is comes with grains (no cans), and has all the ingredients you need.

As far as taste I would rate a 7/10. It is very smooth, good finish, and very enjoyable. Goes great with an orange slice. I only give it a 7/10 because it is a typical wheat beer and nothing distinguishes it/makes it memorable.

Seems to have peaked in aging at 3 weeks. At 3 months I taste no significant difference from 3 weeks. Before 2-3 weeks it is too green.

I'll probably buy it again.

Got this kit for Christmas from my wife. I opened my first bottle last night and WOW, it was fantastic! I had a Hoegaarden the night before and this tasted much better. I will definitely purchase this kit again.

Got all of the ingredients in a box. I assumed it was all there. I packacked it to a christmas package, My brother in law opened it, was very excited, got it out looked at all the stuff, and said where are the instruction? I guess there are things like how hot for how long etc. you need to know. HMMMM. I found the package, called the phone number explained what I feel was left out, they emailed it to me, and slow mailed it to me in case we couldn't figure out the e-mail. We were making the beer the next day. VERY COOL people we dealt with.
