We've been a little disappointed by the clock. It looks nice, but we have had to replace the batteries twice in the three weeks we've had it. It works all right if we plug it in, but we didn't want to have to keep it plugged in all the time. We also feel that for the price they could have made it a little better--given the conductor cuckoo a little light in his lantern when he comes out, maybe, and figured some way that the sound could mark the hours, for instance.

The clock is cheap looking and shows 2 trains going around and mine has 1 train the sounds are poor and does not sound anything like a train not what I expect from the Bradford Exchange everything I ordered from them were well made and worth the money but this item is a disappointment for Bradford Exchange

Beware of a very misleading ad!!! Ad depicts two trains circling the base, and ad states in writing, that "Jupitor and 119 locomotives circle the base every hour on the hour." Seller advised me that there must have been a misunderstanding. Duh!
Kind of hard to misunderstand a picture and written description!

The hands on the clock and the pendulum are very cheaply made. I am actually dissapointed in the clock and do not feel it is worth the money. The train going around on the hour is cute, but the conductor coming out on the top does not count out the hour and is pretty much, just for show.
