I have used Wright's book over the years and have found it to be the most thorough approach to training Christian's to counsel. He offers so many ways to instill such great truths into the believer so that he or she can pass it on in counseling ministry. Those I have taught from this manual have become very balanced counselors who I now use in my church. I can't say enough about this book...Just buy it and you will not be disappointed!
