I am absolutely happy with how my kids' room has turned out using this kit. Some of my suggestions: paint the room (sky and hills) before your stencil kit arrives. That way, the stencils won't take off any paint off the walls, and you'll be all set to start on this project. My keys to success were 1) make sure that the inner edges of the stencil are stuck to the wall by sliding your nail on the edges, 2) using a foam brush, work from the outside of the edges in, using thin coats of paint, 3) work on several stencils of the same color at once, that will save you lots of paint and time, 4) peel off stencils when completely dry - I left several stencils overnight, which produced better results then peeling them off early. Overall, I am very happy with how my kids' room has turned out. The room looks larger, and my 1 and 2 year olds are love spending time there. I am glad to say that this is the best room that I could ever imagine for my kids.

I posted this review mainly to let anyone interested in this stencil set know what they're getting: not full-color stickers as depicted in the photo(s), but an outline kit that must be adhered to the wall and then painted over. The benefit to this of course is you can choose your colors. The disadvantage is that it takes a lot more work than just adhering some stickers to the wall.

One other comment: the price is so high ($99.95 as of this typing) because its manufacturer charges that much, as can be seen simply by researching the name of the company.

Anyhow, so if you're handy with paint, by all means, it's a fine set. But if you're looking for something simpler, be warned.
