Blending a mix of big hits and lesser known stuff often only released as import singles, this is the ultimate place to get some of the strongest commercial vocal trance going mostly in 12" format, and it's not beatmixed! If you like Lasgo, Ian Van Dahl, Kate Ryan, and others of that style, you'll love this series. My biggest issue on this volume is that they didn't use the best trance mix of Delerium's "Silence", but opted for the less powerful version. Track times on this volume:

I bought this album because of the fact that I'm a huge Madison Park fan. I quickly found out that the two CDs are packed with great songs! The first on the first CD is "Time" by Milk, Inc. What a cool song! The last on the second CD is My Personal Moon by Madison Park. Another very cool song! Those two songs frame this album very nicely with lots of good stuff including a really cool mix of Kate Ryan's Only If I.

I found this album at Wal-Mart for $10. I figured, "Well, if it isn't any good, I'm only out ten bucks." As it turns out, this is an excellent compilation! Now, I am usually not a fan of an album which isn't mixed, but the producers got around this barrier by actually putting THOUGHT into the track arrangement. Unlike the "Pure..." series of discs (Pure Trance, Techno, etc...) which are Pure Crap. Great songs, great price. What can I say... I'm a sucker for trance. Get this album, you won't be disappointed.

I too concur that this compilation is wonderful. There are many energetic and high energy trance/dance songs to listen to from a variety of the talented musicians that are listed on this compilation. What I really enjoy and appreciate about this music is that there are many songs to listen to whether you are looking for an emotional boost and/or to increase an already positive mood. Listening to this collection puts one in their own universe of joy. Some of the songs that are recommended to play right away are "Only If I" by Kate Ryan, "I'm Dreaming" by Ashley Jade, and "Voice of An Angel" by Marcella Woods. However, my favorite overall song in this compilation has got to be the fun and upbeat "Dreamboy" by Lauren (I enjoy this song more and more each time that I play it). Trance Divas is definitely a selection to obtain if you crave unique, upbeat, and soul nourishing trance/dance music.
