First off, I think Pleasurehead is one of the top DJ's in the world. That having been said, this mix is mediocre. Prior to "Generator", all other Pleasurehead mixes were released independently and those are outstanding. Each one of the five underground mixes sounds obstensibly different, but they all contain P-head's nearly-trademarked deep-bass, rave-oriented style and knack for sampling. On "Generator", though, it is almost as though the label is trying to get Pleasurehead to sound like Pleasurehead. In other words, this mix sounds like he took the creativity and subtle genius of his underground stuff and clumsily threw it all together. Nothing really stands out here, and it falls far short of the energy of "Trance Perculation" and "Electronic Illusions". If you like Tiesto, Carl Cox, Dj Irene, etc., then I guarantee you'll love Pleasurehead; just not necessarily this album.

I have a couple of his ither cd's, this is the first one that you can actually find in stores. A great mix. This DJ gets better and better everytime I hear a new record of his. I have to admit though, he is a much better live DJ, just because of the raw energy in his music. He knows exactly what to play to get your body movin. Go see him live and buy all that you can find with his name. He is getting bigger and better everyday. Watch out for Pleasurehead he is a badass.

I don't know what the other guy is talking about, this album
needs to be in your collection if you love trance. There isn't a track on here that I don't like but I'd say that Spacecorn's remix of D/A's track, Demons, is the best. I've seen him live and I'll agree that he is better live but that's how it always is cause you're in the moment. Anyway get this CD!

Awesome mix, great energy. An oldy but a goody. Must have if you like hard trance with a little more trance than hard. My personal favorite is the mix from Kai Tracid's "Trance and Acid" to DJ Ax Vanox's "Symmetrie".

Awesome CD with 13 being my favorite. 8 and 4 are probably the only 2 not so good tracks on the CD it is a good buy if you like deep bass trance. Personally i think this DJ is much better live
