What I found so moving about this book was the simple (and humorous) approach to deeply looking at what my "story" was about what I did and did not deserve. And that not only was my mind trained to believe this story, but so was my body. There is not only a profound message about how to build capacity for more of the richness we want in life, but tools on how to get the room we need for the change. This was our blanket gift to everyone we loved for Christmas, it was that powerful.

In this engaging book, Victoria Castle peels away the falsehoods surrounding our accepted beliefs that scarcity is unavoidable and abundance is purely good fortune. She shares her hard-won wisdom with grace and gentle wit.
