What a great way to unwind. This is now my favorite relaxation music and with one listen, you'll know why. Follow the sounds and you'll feel transported away from the stress of everyday worries. "Tranquility" guides you down the path to serenity. Highly recommended for anyone searching for more peaceful moments in their day!

Music is very soothing, great for dealing with stress. I recommend to anyone looking to relax and clear your mind. This audio is inspirational and motivating, just an overall delight to listen to. Of the many meditation guides I've tried this CD is one of the best.
