I followed the instructions precisely, but the back paper did not peel off properly when working with a cotton T-shirt. Perhaps, this product works well with other materials, but it certainly is not easy to use with
cotton T-shirts.

The problem I found was that when I ironed for the recommended 180 seconds, the back paper became fused to the front of the T-shirt and would not peel off without ripping up the image. When I ironed for less than the recommended time, the image was not transferred properly.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. Not only did the product not work with a color laser copier, but their customer service is terrible. I have tried to call numerous times and emailed them. I even sent them my paper to be copied per there suggestion and paid the extra cost, only to discover that they were unable to do it. Not worth the aggravation to go through for this. I think I am a pretty easy going person and usually give people the benefit of doubt but this company proves they don't care about their customers.

I bought this for around $10 to make a Christmas gift for my son. I wanted to go with laser to get what I expected to be better picture and color quality. Ruined 2 of the 3 sheets in the copier at work, and Kinko's wouldn't do it for me either because of the trouble these transfer papers cause. Do not waste your money. I'm going to buy inkjet transfer paper and try to find an inkjet printer to use!
