THIS REVIEW WAS COMPOSED FOR "BLUE" by "Verve" : S,
This review is from: Transfixion (Audio CD)
The BLUE single is essential for all fans who deeply loved their debut LP. "Blue" is one of their best songs ever; the other three nonalbum tracks are very mellow, dreamy, and more acoustic than the album. "Twilight," featuring some bluesy harmonica playing, has a very chill-out, smooth, folk-feel to it that still maintains its cool (mind you, nothing like Ashcroft's goofy "Money To Burn" later). "Where The Geese Go" is a lovely song that picks up on the lush atmospherics again which build into the total mood track, "No Come Down". This is a precious single and I am filled with glee to share my life with this music. IT'S ALIVE!

This is real industrial music. I was surprised that nobody knows about this band because this is an authentic industrial rock band that have amazing talent and genuine style. A definite for fans of Ministry, Penal Colony, Einsterzende Neubauten, Seilwolf, Revolting Cocks, Laibach, and Coil.

This is the most underrated industrial band in the world today. Total industrial darkness and hard metal that came out in the era of Einsterzende Neaubaten's heyday. It's sad, but if your even reading this review your knowledge of good music that led you here is a miracle to begin with, and what a discivery you just made! This is the real thing, and it's the golden pot you've been seeking. It's a master work of true industrial music with al of the necessary metal riffs to keep in interresting...but don't expect a Rammstein sound. Think Blixa in rock...and there you have it.

I was really surprised by this little, never been heard of before group. I bought this CD 5 years ago and it is some of the most mind numbing, bellicose music I have obtained in a long while. Be afraid!
