Book Description

July 2, 1999
Transformation is a journey of self-discovery and growth which leads a person through four phases of development. These are identity, personal power, self-knowledge, and joy. At first, traditional concepts are reviewed. Then a number of new ideas are introduced and examined. To solve the mystery of personal energy, we must explore the deepest recesses of our minds. Only then can we recognize the forces which create our experiences, behaviors, and drives. The journey comes to an extraordinary conclusion. When we finally arrive at a deeper understanding of these new concepts, we will become free from anxiety and confusion and enjoy a life filled with energy and joy.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Book For All Seasons, July 27, 2000

This review is from: Transformation (Hardcover)
In his book, "Transformation", Doctor Nadas spells out and explains in short and concise and exciting chapters, what to me are new models of how our brain works, thinks, falters and for many of us, brings us to that terrifying pit that is commonly called depression. The reader will find a plethora of logic in this writing and the material should be exceptionally stimulating to the person who is seeking answers to those deeper mysteries of life. There is a saying that it is far easier to "stay out of trouble", then to, "get out of trouble", but I believe this book can serve both situations. Read it and then read it again and you might be amazed at the heightened absorption rate after the second effort. Also you might find it interesting to visit Doctor Nadas's Web page .... There is a discussion section there where you can contribute your own views on the book or other subjects concerning the workings of the mind. We look forward to seeing you there. Sincerely

Jarl Plottner
