While the book has five sections that detail each step of the journey to increase potential, it also is something you can open to almost any page and find an applicable quote or practical information. -- April Wilkerson, The Shawnee News-Star
[Eicholz] poured her 25 years of experience in behavioral sciences and counseling into "transformation: Opening Doors to your Highest Potential," which in 257 pages offers guidance on how to achieve multidimensional personal growth.
Eicholz, Ph.D. has her own ideas on how best to achieve personal growth, and she wanted her book to stand apart form others in the genre, too. So "transformation" is purposely oversized, and its messages are delivered in elegant type on pages set off with ethereal graphics.
And in an age where people sometimes have only a moment, Eicholz took this into consideration when structuring the book. "transformation" devotes a section to each of what Eicholz defines as a person's four primary behavioral traits-dominance, extroversion, patience and structure. -- Brad Lifford, Kingsport Times-News
Dr. Eicholz is also president and CEO of MECA Profiles Unlimited, Inc., a Seattle-area corporate consulting firm specializing in behavioral assessment, management practices, organizational efficiencies, and morale enhancement for which she was distinguished as an Honored Professional in Whos Who of Executives and Business Leaders. She leads seminars and gives keynote speeches to groups around the world, the most recent being the 5th Annual International Conference of Conflict Resolution held in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Known for her dynamic presence and enthusiastic presentations, Dr. Eicholz hosts a weekly radio show on The Gift of Self-Awareness that can be heard in Providence, RI and Phoenix, AZ, or online.
