Editorial Reviews

Review

The introduction states that the book is designed to be both inspirational and pragmatic, and the author does well in presenting such a mix. "transformation" introduces the four predominant behavioral traits: dominance, extroversion, patience and structure. It also looks at the four dimensions of human consciousness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. "Self-awareness" is a term used frequently, and a path is estabilshed to help us always be heading in that direction.

While the book has five sections that detail each step of the journey to increase potential, it also is something you can open to almost any page and find an applicable quote or practical information. -- April Wilkerson, The Shawnee News-Star

[Eicholz] poured her 25 years of experience in behavioral sciences and counseling into "transformation: Opening Doors to your Highest Potential," which in 257 pages offers guidance on how to achieve multidimensional personal growth.

Eicholz, Ph.D. has her own ideas on how best to achieve personal growth, and she wanted her book to stand apart form others in the genre, too. So "transformation" is purposely oversized, and its messages are delivered in elegant type on pages set off with ethereal graphics.

And in an age where people sometimes have only a moment, Eicholz took this into consideration when structuring the book. "transformation" devotes a section to each of what Eicholz defines as a person's four primary behavioral traits-dominance, extroversion, patience and structure. -- Brad Lifford, Kingsport Times-News
