essentials for efficient results, October 13, 2008
This review is from: Transformation: Unlock Your True Potential (Paperback)
Well written and concise, authoritative presentation of physiologic information to maximize the results of your workout program.
I was impressed with the science of nutrition and timing of specific intake to transform the body into a more healthy condition with more lean body mass.
Contains no fads nor bodybuilding voodoo, but strongly supported scientific information that can make any workout program more efficient. Just by adding these principles to my own workout program I saw unexpected gains, with decreased body fat and increased muscle mass.

A fellow gym member shares her opinion., August 17, 2010
This review is from: Transformation: Unlock Your True Potential (Paperback)
This is a well written comprehensive manual on fitness. It gives thorough knowledge of nutrition and supplements and how they support muscle growth. His real life experience, used as an example, increases his credibility that he knows what he is talking about. He gave an example of a routine that would fit into a busy persons lifestyle. It made the gym less formidable and more user friendly for the average person.

Not just anoter diet book, June 12, 2009
This review is from: Transformation: Unlock Your True Potential (Paperback)
10 months ago I got it expecting it to be another another diet, workout or bodybuilding book! It greatly exceeded my expectations, delivered good advice and I enjoyed reading it. It covered ideas I've heard before (which reinforced them in my head) and gave me some new ideas.
I've pulled it off the shelf many times to reread sections. The nutritional / supplement information has been useful and over time I discovered it to be an accurate source. The book covers a wide spectrum of topics.. over training, fat burning, muscle gain, stretching, eating times, supplements, types of foods. It had very few pages of what I consider useless stuff (workout schedules, meal plans). Those are things you are going to figure out and modify on your own, but at least there are 2-3 pages and not a whole book wasted on those.
I consider the book 95%+ useful information and to be a good investment.
Hope this review was helpful,
Robert
