If you have read other coaching books but you want to read a book that offers you limitless possibilites to grow and engage growth and improvement to those around you....then this is the book!
I am responsibile for leadership and diversity in my worklife and I have read many good books on coaching, but this is a great book that offers guiding principles on how to execute the coaching process.
Many coaching books speak in theory but this books speaks in practicality and my entire staff will be reading this book. Dr. Carter-Scott will be helping us develop a training around this incredible process.
So, if you want growth and to provide support and reinforce your current knowledge - then this is the book you MUST have. Dr. Carter-Scott is truly amazing and a transformational writer.

This is a very complete and comprehensive reference book for those who are coaches and for those who want to start their own coaching practise.
For me as a past CT student it's valuable reference material, that up to now still was missing.
The"spirit" behind their coaching approach needed to be written down in a book and with the pleasant hand of witing of Cherie and Lynn it is a pleasure to read it.
