I'm trained to teach yoga, and I would recommend this book to anyone who's new to yoga or curious about it. I would also recommend it for people who have been doing yoga for years. The book gives a brief history of how the author discovered yoga and strengthened his love for it. It moves into the benefits of yoga, then gives step-by-step instructions on how to do positions complete with pictures of himself in the poses. The book explains what it's like to live a full "yoga" lifestyle. New or curious people could benefit from this book because it lays a good foundation, and he even explains how to go about finding a teacher that suits you. For those who have done yoga for years (like me) this book will take you back to the basics, which was very refreshing to me.

I chose this book to start my own yoga practise. It is a very informative book, with detail pictures of each move, and also detailing a beginners to intermediate guide. I was able to develop me own yoga sequences, and become more spiritually aware.
Awesome book!

Like the book, love the author. Met Wade recently in Denver and he seems to be a truly genuine gentle-man. Excellent yoga guide and wonderful musician. Alanis has nothing on him! Check out the book, but, better yet, check out his music.
