Long Haul is really a figure that his quality depends on how much you are willing to work with him. He's not as bulky as his movie model, but his sculpt looks great, and compared to other figures, still pretty huge. The wheels posistioned floating over his head can be moved over his shoulders like in the movie. I kind of wish he had a better weapon than the pop out swords, but they are cool and aren't as annoying as Leader Primes. His posability is kind of weird. Legs seem to do fine but his wrists and arms only move out and in depending on how you have his shoulders positioned. I haven't noticed anything popping off, so he seems pretty child friendly. Transformation can be a little ackward; his legs are hard to fold up correctly to form the front. Vehicle mode looks great, though. He can even really dump stuff! I know not all that exciting, but it's really cool that it was included. I like him better when compared to the other Constructicons. I would would rate him a #1 out of the 4, with Mixmaster a close second, Rampage, and then Demolishor.

Long Haul was my new favorite decepticon when I played the ROTF game for xbox and I couldn't wait for his voyager to be released. I had thought he wouldn't be released until August but I was a Target the other day and found him. In the box, he is already in robot mode and looks great though not as bulky and his color is brighter then he appeared in the movie and game. He has great articulation 'cept my only complaint is his arms move left and right at the elbow instead of up and down unless you rotate it at the shoulder. Long Haul has a flip out axe on each arm that reminded me of the Wreckage figure from the last movie. Tranformation is a little difficult but after trial and error you get it sooner or later. Vehicle mode looks great and the dump bed actually works too. If you can find him, get him because he is one of the better Transformers in this line.

Longhaul is the best constructicon voyager with mech alive features and awesome detail for both robot and vehicle modes!Longhaul has a working bed in dump truck mode while having 2 snap out swords in robot mode. The moving pistons that give the figure more realism is a sweet touch as well. The detail on Longhaul is some of the best around with about every gear articulated in robot mode and a very realistic dump truck mode for the vehicle side. The poseability for acting out battle scenes or displaying is excellent with Longhaul being able to assume many different poses. The arms actually move around in a circular motion instead of the usual up and down unless you move the entire shoulder. This is different, but very cool and unique at the same time in my opinion. The durability is an A++ all around for both modes with Longhaul being able to take on whatever battle is in his path. The transformation level is advanced meaning if you have plenty of experience with transformers there is mid-level difficulty. If you are a parent buying for a child of 5-6 or younger you will probably have to help some in the process. The only tricky part of the transformation honestly is folding the legs up when forming the front part of the truck.Just remember the process ends up going in an under then up motion. This part just requires some patience and practice to get the hang of it.Other than that after some practice all ages should be able to handle it.This is one of the best voyager class transformers done and would be enjoyed by any transformer fan or collector out there.Bottom line Long Haul is a high quality,well-made,10 out of 10 transformer all fans should treasure.I highly recommend ROTF Voyager Long Haul to all transformer fans and collectors.Transformers Rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got long haul, and I must say it was a little too much hype. Don't get me wrong, he's still sweet, just a lot of hype. Aside from that, he's the best constructicon yet! His swords are WAY less annoying than leader primes. He has the biggest vehicle or robot mode i've ever seen in a voyager. The only real complaint I hive is that the entire top of the truck is on his back. Merry Christmas to all and a happy new year!

Long haul has to be the best voyager class of the TF2 line. He is big, durable and highly articulated. His truck mode rocks with a working truck bed that features realistic hydraulics! Then in robot mode you get a nice G1 green constructicon juggernaut that can do some serious damage to those pathetic autobots or anything else that gets in his way. Overall this figure is one of a few must haves of the decepticon forces!

My son is 4, and is not able to transform this himself. I found the instructions to be difficult to understand. From the reviews, others do not seem to have this issue. Perhaps it is me, though I do have 2 college degrees (you know the old joke about it taking 2 degrees to figure something out). Cool factor is awesome. Some age recommendations are accurate and some are not. Definitely need to be older than 4 in my experience.

Long Haul is one of the later Voyager Transformers that comes out, but if you had researched well, you might have definitely heard about him months before he came out. Since Long Haul is a Voyager, he is a couple inches higher than the average deluxe figure. It is funny, however, how his vehicle mode makes him appear to be a deluxe (but there is always more than meets the eye). He has very fine flexibility with his legs and arms. Much like leader class Optimus Prime, he has pop out swords. As for his Mech Alive gimmick, he has moving pistons (that work suprisingly alot like bicep muscles) on his arms and a move gear on his chest plate that turns along with his head. Transformation may be difficult at first, but once you understand the general concept of how everything pulls out, it becomes simple. Unfortunately his size is smaller than it should be. In fact, his petite size can be slightly annoying for those who like Transformers with the same balanced measurement. And unless you don't care about his vehicle mode being nearly the size of a motorcycle Transformer (e.g. Arcee or Chromia), this shouldn't be much of a problem for you. Sadly though, I do care. So over-all I give it 5-stars.

He rolls really good. He is kind of hard when I first got him but now he is really easy. I got him when I was around 5, now I am 7yrs old. He is not as good as my Optimus Prime, but he is very cool. He is hard to break. The top part of the dump truck is easy to take off but I can put it back on.

Awesome toy. A little on the difficult side to transform so I would recomend it for children over 9. It is very durable. the alternate(dump truck) mode look awesome, and has very little robot kibble hanging out(a little bit under it, but not really noticable. The orbot mode is spectacular and menacing. He has flip out swords which increase his play value for younger owners. all in all, one of the best purchases of my life. Consider picking him up, You won't regret it!

LOVE this toy. Very movie accurate! LOTS of detail on this guy. The only thing I am not a fan of is the swords on his arms. I will probably remove mine, since the movie thing never had them.
