SEA SPRAY will come screaming out of the surf, turning the beach into a blasted wasteland with nowhere to hide. Roll out for some serious robot action! This heroic warrior features double "harpoon" launchers and feet that convert to "flippers" to take on his opponents by land or by "sea". When it's time for combat, convert him into hovercraft vehicle mode so he can chase after other "water-borne" robots!

Recently the Hunt for the Decepticons line (along with Generations) was released at a nearby store, and as I was browsing, I came across this guy and figured I'd give him a shot. To my surprise, he's really a great figure. Below are the pros and cons of the figure:
Pros:
- Great transformation, not simple but not too difficult either. He's great for kids and collectors alike.
- Looks great, and his scuba theme (a fairly uncommon theme as of late)works surprisingly well
- Has flippers that flip out from the bottom of his feet, which are very neat and unique.
- Minimal kibble (excess vehicle parts on his back) and for the most part, the kibble there is adds to the robot mode.
- Stands extremely well, he won't fall over easily.
- Both robot and his hovercraft mode hold together extremely well and are very sturdy
- Hovercraft not only looks sharp, but can actually carry most Scout Class figures in the cargo area.
Cons:
- Only one minor complaint, and that is that his guns are just a tad loose in robot mode.
Honestly, I don't have much negative feedback on this figure. He's a truly great update of the old G1 figure and I can't praise him enough. I recommend him for anyone, kids or collectors alike.

First lemme say how cool this toy in on many levels, love it. Ok i will get back to gushing later. My 1 dislike is his legs, the hips joints are a little loose, and the back part of the lower legs doesn't seem to click into place. However it will stand on its own, on multiple cerfaces, w/o much help. More then i can say for Sideswipe. Ok back to gushing, there are far to few sea based TF's, fewer still any cool sea based TF's. I love that he's a hovercraft, and has harpoons instead of a machine, or laser gun. I've imagined him harpooning Starscream in the chest pulling it out and beating him w/ it. His scuba mask is well done and the flippers under his feat for aquatic battle made me laugh The Transformation is fairly simple, i'd take his harpoons out first. The only thing is when your turning him back into the vehical mode the bumbers on the sides don't snap as easily, so don't be afraid to a little Horsepower.

Sea Spray is back!This is an upgraded more kick-ass look compared to the G1 version.Sea Spray is one of the coolest aqua Autobot heros around and can take down any decepticon on sea or land.Sea Spray has awesome articulation overall in the legs,arms,body,and head piece in robot mode.This Autobot really shines in the Hovercraft mode which is one the coolest looking you will ever find.excellent detail on the Hovercraft throughout with the SEA-S.P. RAY initials on the roof and side and a sweet Autobot symbol on the roof as well.Sea Spray comes with Double Harpooon Launchers for weaponary which fit securely in the hands for robot mode and on the sides in Hovercraft mode.He also has converting flippers on the feet for extra trend when in the water.The poseability is outstanding with great stability for creating cool battle scenes or displaying where you please.The durability is excellent as well with secure joints and a solid build overall in robot or Hovercraft modes.The transformation level is intermediate meaning if you have plenty of experience with transformers there is mid-level difficulty.If you are a parent buying for a child of 5-6 or younger you might have to help some in the process.Honestly Sea Spray has a very versatile transformation for most ages.Sea Spray is a great addition for any transformer fans collection that wants a top quality Autobot hero to enjoy.Bottom line Sea Spray is a well-made,high quality,10 out of 10 transformer all fans will enjoy.I highly recommend Sea Spray to all transformer fans and collectors out there.Sea Spray Rocks and Transformers Rule!!!

Again, I bought this toy for my 5 year old son who has LOVED Transformers & CARS from the age of 18 months. The toy arrived on the date expected and in perfect condition.

this a great remold of this G1 caracter. not really a fan of the old school figure but liked this 1 as an upgrade for sea-spray

Hard to change
This toy is very hard to change even for my husband and I. It seems to be a little more durable than some of the other transformers.
