4.0 out of 5 stars Minicons...Gotta Catch Them All, September 23, 2002
By A Customer
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Transformers: Armada - Bonecrusher, Knock Out and Wreakage Mini-cons (Toy)
Unlike the other 2 sets of minicons, these guys do not combine to form anything. They do have projectile missiles, but unfortuantely do they not shoot very. You have to push the rockets out manually like Skybytes gun, except for the yellow guy, he has a button that makes it alot easier for you it to shoot. In vehicle mode these guys do not look very impressive but in robot form they have good posability for guys their size and they don't look that bad either. But if you like putting your minicons on your Transformers than these are the best ones for that. Unlike the other 2 sets of minicons, these guys give your Transformers extra firepower with their missiles.

Overall I give these guys a B and would be higher if their projectiles were easier to shoot out.

5.0 out of 5 stars The most fun and affordable Armada mini-cons. Buy several, December 7, 2002

Deciding which of your Armada toys deserves the powerup of the Land Military Team Mini-Cons will be a hard choice, given the great power that they add to a Transformer and the fun value of these toys. You'll have Autobot and Decepticon alike fighting for control of the Land Military team; each of the mini-cons in this set adds one or more projectile missiles giving your Armada toys much needed long-range firepower, so they represent an essential power-up.

I found the decision so hard, that my only conclusion is to purchase a few of these sets, and outfit everyone with missiles. Right now, in fact, Demolisher is bristling with firepower. The one important thing to note for children, however, is that only one of the mini-cons in this set has a spring-loaded missile - the rest must be launced manually using the hand and the imagination.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the Best Minicon Sets Yet Offered, May 19, 2003
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Transformers: Armada - Bonecrusher, Knock Out and Wreakage Mini-cons (Toy)
As many people may know or will come to know, minicons are a fun feature to add to Transformers, but also nerve-racking. Most minicons pop apart very easily and cannot standup in robot form. This becomes frustrating and makes you want to leave them in vehicle form. This set, the Land Military team, is different.
These three are easy to transform, only Knock-Out will sometimes have his legs pop off. Bonecrusher is one of coolest transforming and looking minicons of them all. Each is a little better than other minicons at standing up in robot form. They still fall, but they are less likely. Each shoots a missile. Knock-out is the only one that has a trigger, the other two have to be pushed out with your thumb. They make great additions when you attach them to other Transformers. Super Optimus Prime looks especially good. If you have the chance to get this team, I recommend them above many other sets. My only complaint about them (and many other minicons as well) is the stupid names. How does Bonecrusher fit? These guys attack Transformers, not animals. Wreckage, I guess, means he causes wrecks. Knock Out is the only intelligent name.
Overall these guys are worth the five stars.
