Transformers Energon Omega Supreme Electronic Action Figure

When I first went online to check for new Energon toys I came across the new Omega Supreme and immediately started salivating. Omega Supreme has come a long way since his G1 days but the likeness to his predecessor is uncanny. He still sports the G1 Visor, The claw arm, and a new (Macross-ish)left arm. He sports moving electronic parts and lights.

Dont be fooled by this Behemoth (from my knowledge is the 3rd largest transformer ever created next to Fortress Maximus and Unicron) he is extremely easy to Transform. Maybe too Easy. His alternate mode is a Crane, Battleship, and a Battleship crane combo. These modes can also be broken up into little weapons for the smaller energon transformers.

This reincarnation of Omega is a headmaster! The Headmaster unit is well articulated and moves about eith ease unlike the old G1 Headmasters. The head is actually built more sturdy than some larger Energon transformers! Over-all Omega is great! He's fun to play with, looks great as a display toy, and Powerlinks with Optimus! The only complaint I have about Omega is his Colorfulness... thats the only drawback but he's still amazing!

I highly recommend him to all and any true Transformer fan!

Omega Supreme is huge and just plain awesome. He's the same size as the Unicron toy. But size doesn't take away from anything. His detailed articulation is great. His poseability is better that most of my other Transformers. The one thing you might be able to complain about is his transforming easiness. He splits in half and then each half transforms into a different vehicle. (Which can combine to form one) His one construction half is practically transformed as soon as you take him apart. The battleship half is more difficult though. But what kind of makes up for this is that each half also transforms into a turret-battle platform that cam be used by other transformers. His head comes off and transforms into a robot which can sit in either of the vehicles.
But there's more, Omega Supreme can, like all Autobots, Powerlinx with other Autobots. Omega can Powerlinx with the Autobot leader Optimus Prime. In some off the pictures I'd seen I though it looked really stupid, but when I saw it in person, I really liked it. Optimus's OPs (arms and legs) can all attach onto Omega. Optimus himself fits between Omega's two halves with his Super-mode head being the face for "Omega Prime"
In all, Omega Supreme rocks. He's big, awesome, and has a lot of guns. I hope this review was helpful.

Transformers Energon Omega Supreme is an excellent figure for both collectors and kids although admittedly the price it sells for now will likely scare off parents looking to buy for kids as will his being not of the current series.

The battleship is by far the better of the two vehicle modes and it contains the sound and lights feature for the figure and it is not intrusive at all and does not affect the transformation.

The construction Crane is less fun but still interesting. The two vehicles can be linked to form one massive super space train.

The head of Omega supreme is for all practical purposes a headmaster.

The Full on robot mode is massive and is as larger and bulk as you could want for Omega supreme and the head nicely homage's the G1 figure's head.

in conclusion if you like Transformers, Big Robots this is the figure for you.

Once I got word that this toy had come out, I knew I had to find it. I did and I am happy with the purchase more than likely because I had gotten bit by the Power Link bug that most of the other transformers during the Energon saga were capable of doing. I like this one because of the simplicity of the transformation process. You pretty much remove the head and split it in half. Sure there are a few twists and turns, but simply splitting it in half? I mean, come on! How much easier does a transformation from robot to vehicle have to be?!

I was waiting for a long time for this to come out. I was hoping it was going to come out in generation one reissues but i guess not. I will buy this toy when it hits the stores. I mean to get it in here plus shipping costs lots of money but i guess it is worth it. I really think it is a must have toy.

Out of every transformer I've discovered Omega Supreme is one of the most amazing!16 in.tall,4.5 pounds,combo vehicle,combo with my ol'freind Optomus Prime,Omega and Optomis powerlink to form Omega Prime which is the strongest normal transformer next to the bulky,big Unicron!Here to give Megatron and Unicron a BIG woopin'!Optomis and Omega are a must have!
