Product Description

Leader Class - Premium Megatron features a new head sculpt and a darker color scheme. Megatronâs outlandish Cybertronian jet mode looks a little bit like one of Leonardo da Vinciâs flying machines. A towering, bulky, dinosaur-footed monstrosity, bearing a slightly simplified version of the movie Megatronâs intricate armor plating, Megatron boasts a reasonably high level of articulation. His special features include electronic sounds and lights, a launching claw that becomes a chain whip, and arms that combine to form a fusion cannon. Initially Megatron was Cybertronâs designated Lord High Protector, although eventually he succumbed to his consuming lust for the Allspark. Megatronâs agenda placed him in opposition of Optimus Prime and the Autobot militia gathered to the cause.

Megatron Rocks!The premium version is alot more realistic and detailed than the original version with all the great features.The advanced automorph technology triggers electronic lights and sounds around the chest,eyes,and shoulder decor.I know most people prefer the Megatron of G1 in his handgun form,but this is an awesome figure that if you are a Megatron fan you must consider.Megatron comes with a Rocket Claw that becomes a Chain Whip on one arm which he uses to do some damage in his escape from section 7 in the movie.Another cool feature is that his arms combine to form a Fusion Cannon just like he did in the movie as well.The detail from top to bottom is some of the best around and really gives Megatron a more realistic look.His vehicle mode is a cybertron jet mode which is very sweet looking once you get him to his vehicle mode.The poseability for battles with Optimus or other autobots is simply the best.The transformation level is super conversion or advanced meaning if you have plenty of experience with transformers there is still a challenging difficulty.If you are a parent buying for a child of 5-6 or younger you will have to help some in the process.Megatron is on awesome transformer,but he can be very challenging for a younger age group.The trickiest part of the transformation is getting Megatron's legs positioned just right in vechicle mode.This part can take some practice and patience.The durability of Megatron is outstanding to say the least.He can take whatever comes his way and then some.Bottom line Megatron Premium Leader is a high quality,well-made,10 out of 10 figure that all transformer fans should enjoy.I highly recommend Megatron Premium Leader to all transformer fans and collectors alike.Transformers Rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a really great toy. It has a smooth metallic silver color, which is exactly how he appears in the movie, and it is very durable. Do not purchase the other leader class, which has a discoloration gray and is not the color portrayed in the film. If you are looking for a true Megatron similar to the film, than buy this premium leader class. Megatron rocks!!!

I was skeptical at first about buying leader megatron because of the bad paint job. I am glad I waited for the Premium series. His repaint is AWESOME! on top of it he's a great figure and relatively easy to transform.
