....Being the Director of Global Operations for a N. American legal Wishgrant charity Foundation, sometimes you can "right a wrong" quite easily, that really brightens a child member's whole month! This is 1 of those cases, wherein a 9yrs old boy member of ours in Minnesota who is terminally-ill had accidentally had his favorite backpack destroyed near a heater in his school, and naturally, he was devastated!! Fortunately, through Amazon.com, we were able to procure this Brand new "Transformers" book-bag/backpack for him & have it sent to his Mother/Father, etc., and he was THRILLED when it arrived, put it on immediately, (LOL, in fact, he slept with it on that night, his Mother said!), and has worn it to his elementary school every, single day since then, I'd call that "a problem solved", and a great ending to the problem, wouldn't you..??!He's thrilled, so we're thrilled, high-quality, new product in pristine condition, even arrived early, we'll be back to buy more........!!
