Only from amazon sellers now the Beast Wars line was and is still one of my favorites. Rampage was one I wish I had gotten as a kid but never did. The toy is great, the crab form not only looks fantastic but has so much articulation though admitadly it cannot stand on its legs but lies on its belly. The other forms are just as impressive, cool to look at, articulation is some of the best in a toy line, and durable (more durable than some of the more recent ones) though age has definately caught up with the tank form. The rubber tread that stretches from the claw and around the legs, after the first time i changed it, is already showing signs of wear. Rubber wears out with time and its already fourteen years old before ever transformed so if you get it for someone be warned. The treads won't last long. Still though glad i got it and lucky i got it at a cheaper price than what you normally see.

I will preface this by saying I am a collector of transformers over the course of over 20 years and it is rare to find a figure with this much versatility. Its not perfect, the crab legs in beast mode don't support his weight, his claws make up 55% of his weight, if not more. In robot mode his claws can be positioned so that he can stand without falling, and his crab legs in robot mode fold next to his arms which make them look cluttered. His tank mode relies on a strange system of pegs and rollers for his tank treads, but somehow it works.

Now with all the negative remarks out of the way here's the good: this figure has so much playability its unreal. They missed an opportunity in marketing this.figure because it has the potential for so many more modes: anti.aircraft artillery station, and a mock stealth fighter. Not to mention the variations for his robot and tank modes. This figure is one of three that i own 2 of not counting repaints. If he would have been made into a supreme with light and sound it would have made him so much better, but this figure is a warlord brawler built tough, painted brilliantly, with awesome potential. I would recommend rampage to any die hard skorponok fans and if i had my way, rampage would have Spartan kicked megatron out of the captains seat upon joining the beast wars.

The article has a great play value, durable parts and it's a very good purchase overall. I'm a fan of Beast Wars and I had been looking for this figure for a long time. It was great to buy it new with its box and all accesories and manuals. I consider all transformers great toys for estimulating the creativity and manual dexterity.
