Simon Furman's writing credits include Alpha Flight, the new Transformers series The War Within and Necrowar. He is enjoying some success with his online comic The Engine. Beyond Awsome!,

Transformers war within volume II so rocks, many more characters than in the first volume. Some of the new characters are, Blitzwing, Jetfire, Tripticon, Springer, Ratbat, Jazz and so many more! The fighting is intense. The main threat is this freak, "The Fallen."He's after four guys, Grimlock, Jetfire, Blitzwing and I forget the other. But he's like breaking the seal to primus and opening the well of sparks. It's awesomly intense, I'll let you see what happens for yourself!
