Transorming No1 came as absolute lifebouy in a sea of troubles. I could not begin to work out which way to turn and my questions were not being answered. I read Ron's book and kept on reading until I had grasped the simple truth that we rely on no-one but ourselves to look for answers. It is by our own actions our lives are transformed by how we perceive our situation and surroundings, which in turn changes how we are accepted by those around us.

With chapters just long enough to make you think and just short enough to get you through them, it was an easy read, this book opened so many doors for me, both mentally and physically.

I highly recommend this book because it gives YOU the foresight to change YOUR view of your life, and that is a special gift in todays world of high personal expecatations, stress and your ability to find truth in a world of information overload

Take the time to get to know this book and yourself, and you WILL be transformed.

Ron Smothermon is one of the most interesting thinkers around. This book, like his others, offers a completely new way of looking at old problems, based on his years as a psychiatrist. He explores our relationship to ourself, other people, and the world, in a way that will change how you think and act. The final chapter, "Heaven On Earth" is perhaps the most beautiful piece of writing you'll ever read. I've used it to close my inspirational talks for years. Enjoy this book, and have some new thoughts to share with your friends.

This is a great book for anyone..esp someone wanting to get clarity in everyday living. An oldie but goodie.

Transforming #1 is a book that will challenge prevailing concepts of life and success. I love Ron's positive message. The work is original, like I've not seen anywhere else. His insight is at times profound but always personal.
