About the Author
Carroy U. Ferguson has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Boston College. He is a tenured Associate Professor and Chair of the Curriculum Council, College of Public and Community Service, University of Massachusetts-Boston, is a co-founder of two organizations, Interculture, Inc. and Associates in Human Understanding, and is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Humanistic Psychology.
