This review is from: Transliteration of Modern Russian for English-Language Publications (Paperback)
This pamphlet of less than 20 pages gets right to the point. It introduces four transliteration schemes for various uses, ranging from general public to Library of Congress Slavic researchers. The meat of the book is the chart with all four schemes all on one page. The rest is footnotes and charts for letter combinations (digraphs) and older letters.(I have the 1967 version) |
