Fuzz-bombshell rides again - still not for everyone,

Yeah, it rocks - another pocket torn into that wastoid dimension the Royal Trux pair opened awhile back- her own half is good too. Takes a couple listens, like always, then the songs stick in your head like fermented molasses - odd phrases and riffs popping back to you at strange times. Hints of Joan Jett, Motorhead, glam-pop metal, and... Cher? Yeah yeah, T Rex and the Stones too, like before - doesn't matter. Jennifer H. and her new crew warp and compress all them influences into their own real-as-revolution-gets vortex thing.
Rearranging tunes like Shockwave Rider worked somewhat, but it's a mixed bag - definitely on its own wavelength. If you liked the original Royal Trux, Weird War, or Neil Hagerty, you'll dig this. Try Cats and Dogs from the Trux or Hagerty's newest first. Still, this sound tears down houses - can't wait to see RTX live now.

This is an interesting solo effort from Jennifer Herrema--but it fell out of my rotation pretty quickly.
