Strong vocals, infectious hooks, and sparkling guitar riffs make this EP a solid introduction to the up-and-coming SoCal band, Bad Suns. "Cardiac Arrest" is sure to be their breakout hit, already headed towards becoming an alt-rock anthem in the likes of The Neighbourhood's "Sweater Weather" or The 1975's "Chocolate".

Insanely catchy and well produced EP. There's only four songs and none of them are weaknesses. Watch out for Bad Suns, can't wait to see what they do next.

I first heard Bad Suns when their single, Cardiac Arrest, played on my favorite radio station. I'm ashamed to say I didn't pay it much attention at first, but when I heard it again I was intrigued and added it to one of my playlist on Spotify. It soon became one of my absolute favorites; with mellow tones, funky beats, and amazing vocals I knew I'd discovered a new favorite band. When I heard the rest of the EP, I knew I had to have it. While Bad Suns isn't winning any awards for popularity right now, the rest of the music world will catch on soon and when they do I'm sure the band will get the recognition they deserve for such great music. The only complaint I could possibly have is that the songs are entirely too short!

So. I always download Amazon's Artists on the Rise playlist and came across "Cardiac Arrest". I love the sound of this EP. So melodic, clear and ever evolving. At first i thought this would be a one dimensional album, i was wrong.Recently ive been into lots of Americana and Pop/alt rock like Dawes, Houndmouth, Lucius and Hospitality so this EP was not something i expected to really love. Each track is both catchy and complex. I like this EP more and more each day and it kinda surprises me. Its a good thing. go buy it.
