Loco and Riot are leaders of two rival gangs Los Locos and La 213 in the inner hood of Los Angeles. I love homeboy movies and this was a good choice to add to my collection. Not quite up there with Blood in, blood out or even Boulevard Nights, but I like Noel G. and I like to support the Homeboys that make it out of the hood and start living for Jesus.
