A Kid's Review
Format:Kindle Edition
My daughter said:

I loved this book! I really enjoyed the adventure Meg goes on and how she has to find the stones. Even though some of the characters were a little scary, I loved the suspense and especially Meg and Nellie and the adventure they go on. I think it was very clever how they had to solve the puzzle and I can't wait to read the next book !!!!!!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Trapped in Gondwana June 22, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
My son Caleb said:

I really liked the part when you thought it was all over because they weren't on time, then Gondvan popped up and said that they had just made it. I liked how it was an adventure on how to find the stones. Just when you think that it's all over, Nellie or Meg come up with a plan each time to escape the monsters. There were mythical creatures and small creatures that in Gondwana world they were huge. I would like to see Trapped in Gondwana 2. I love READING your books!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Gondwana June 15, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
My daughter said:

This book had me wanting to keep reading the whole time. I love how it is so imaginative, I really felt like I was in the story trying to escape from Gondwana. I was amazed at all the twists at every corner. I was not fulfilled enough as the ending didn't really end and I had so many unanswered questions. I really enjoyed reading about the animals' background and felt it was very well planed out. Overall it was and amazing book and at anyone's age it's worth reading. I can't wait to read the next book.

More About the Author

My name is JB Rowley. There are lots of things about me I won't tell you but I will tell you that I grew up in a small Australian town called Orbost in the state of Victoria. I spent my childhood chasing snakes and lizards down hollow logs, playing Hansel and Gretel in the bush with my brothers, climbing trees, searching the local rubbish tip for books to read and generally behaving like a feral child. We didn't have horses but we had sheep so I used to ride on the back of a big old ram. I also did a lot of reading, usually curled up in the hay shed. One book I remember reading as a kid was Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. I was only around six when I read it and the character that I have never forgotten is the convict. He really frightened me!

These days I live in Melbourne (Australia) where, when I am not writing, I work as an English tutor and an oral storyteller. Sometimes, as a storyteller, I wear a turban and have fun dressing up in colourful clothes. I just love stories; written stories, oral stories and visual stories.
