4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good book, kind of odd ending, October 7, 2008
I am 20 years old and just passed my real estate license test. I purchased a lot of books to read up on the profession and this book was one of them. The author (IMO) had a lot of good information - he stresses selling smarter (mainly by selling more expensive homes) but at the end he talks about decreasing commission rates and why this is happening. The book was very motivating except at the end, when the commission rates come up for discussion, the way it is written kind of puts a damper on the excitement. Overall a pretty good book though. It is the first I read.

It was an okay book, but you can find most of the information browsing google. Choose a different book.
