I appreciate what ever guided me to take an interest book. I am a practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy, a bodywork based on the principles of Osteopathy. I doubt that a 'lay-person' could find a better book that would explain so clearly the restrictions we are afflicted with through injury and given guidance to both the practitioner and client to enable them to find a way through the maze of dysfunction to well-being.
