I have found Traumeel to have helped with my tendenitis in my arm more than 3 months of phys therapy and muscle relaxant Rx. This is great ointment, is silky smooth, no odor, rubs into the skin quickly and DOES stop the pain.

My symptoms have lessened since I've been using this 2-3 times a day . . . and my paid had been chronic for over a year. This is a great price for it, too . . . about half the price that this size of tube is at Whole Foods and at a local Health store.

Had my doubts....I LOVE it!!!! Wonderful for after a hard run....or an intense yoga workout. Definately recommend!!

If you've never used Traumeel, you might think I'm exaggerating when I say this stuff could be called "Miracle Cream." I'll tell you why I think so. If you put this stuff on a recent bump, you are less likely to actually develop a bruise. If you apply it to a throbbing sore muscle, it usually relieves the tension within moments, or at the least lessens it. My son bumped his head on the wall after tripping over the dog, and I could have sworn it was going to leave a big knot and a nasty bruise - instead, there was only a slight reddening of his skin where he bumped; I applied Traumeel immediately and several times over the next few hours. I highly recommend keeping this stuff in every medicine cabinet!

It works quickly...relieves pain for a few hours....not messy. Haven't found anything that works better..for knee or back pain.
