These were great! I refuse to pay for checked luggage for short trips,so I bought these to use with a carry-on.

Pros:
Cheap, but decent quality.
SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the space in my carry-on!
The larger bag can also be placed in a carry-on... it just won't lie flat [but does that really matter?].

Cons:
The plastic "zipper" comes off which is part of the product design, but I wasn't aware of that.
Doesn't hold as many items as easily as described.

Useful tip:
Put the items in the bag and zip about halfway, THEN roll bag to remove air before zipping completely.

I have not used these on a trip yet, but I have taken them out and checked that they were good and appeared to work. For a test, I put dirty clothes in them and collapsed them, then let them sit overnight. The next day, they were still collapsed, so I assume they will work when traveling.

I am giving them 4 stars as of now because they passed my preliminary test. I will be traveling to the Far East in October, and will report back on how these worked visiting hot, humid climates and storing damp and wet clothes in them. Based on my preliminary tests, I expect them to work well, but reality often dashes expectations. ;)

Pluses:
Prime eligible
Seems to work as advertised

Minuses:
None at this time

UPDATE 10/30/2010:
I used these on a vacation to Thailand, and they worked perfectly! Wet swimsuits and sandy clothes were kept separated from the other clothes, and made it easier to pack the suitcase. These work, and work well...even after packing and unpacking multiple times, I still have all of them and they all still work. Updating to 5 stars.

Overall the bags seemed to work pretty well-they were easy to use, the dotted line keeps you from overpacking, I didn't have any problems with the bags ripping, and they stay deflated.

The zips that close the bag are somewhat easy to pull off but they're easy to put back on too.

My only problem is they seem a little too small-I know they are 'travel accessories' but the smallest bag is almost too small for anything...
