I bought this umbrella for the auto open/close feature, but it broke on the very first day that I used it. I called Samsonite to complain, and they told me that the only way they could replace the umbrella is if I mailed it back to them (paying the shipping costs myself, of course) and then pay an additional $3 shipping fee for the replacement umbrella! Don't buy this product. Buy a Totes umbrella instead.
